The Service Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive role is focused on supporting our Service Agreements business within the commercial Smart Buildings Automation Controls Service team. The sales team supports our Building Automation Operations team, which performs automation service and maintenance in large commercial buildings such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities. Our Sales Executives are ambassadors of quality Siemens technology, products and services, and your expertise and regular interaction with customers will help them optimize and facilitate a safe, emergency-ready workplace. Role:

Service Sales Executive OR Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities

Achieve new order and profit goals based on your assigned quota for both service projects and service agreements. Focus on growing Siemens digital and energy services within the installed base and new customer market. Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake. Deliver on forecasted results consistently. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, competitor offerings, customers, and decision influencers across the region. Keep current on automation, digital, and energy market business and product trends. Develop a vertical market and account management plan focusing on strategic growth in energy, automation, and digital services. Identify new business opportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments and develop go-to-market strategies to drive business to end users and standard construction channels. Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization by understanding their challenges and recommending services to ensure building systems perform as required to achieve business goals. Attend industry networking events and participate in professional organizations to build a network of contacts and represent Siemens in the market. Consult with the customer to determine budgeting and investment requirements. Position Siemens as an industry leader among service providers, leveraging Siemens digital service delivery as a key differentiator. Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes. Work with internal sales support to spend more time with customers. Collaborate with sales estimators to prepare cost estimates and customer bid packages. Partner with other sales teams to plan, target, and acquire new projects and accounts. Coordinate with operations, finance, legal and other resources to obtain the sale. Participate in sales department meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay knowledgeable on current market, business, and product trends. Spend a minimum of 50% of time in customer-facing activities, in person and on customer sites. Expected to spend one to two days in office for team collaboration and strategy development meetings. Travel overnight approximately 10% for training and business development as required by territory. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or state-recognized GED Sales or technical experience in building automation, energy services, or related construction/low voltage industry (3+ years for Senior Level) Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings effectively and independently On-the-job exposure to account development and strategic sales skills Verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and comply with fleet program requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering Software, IoT, and networking experience Experience developing energy service opportunities leveraging local utilities and federal incentives Experience in life sciences, healthcare, education, data centers, and commercial offices Experience selling to end users/owners and understanding of marketing and selling cloud-based, data-driven service programs such as fault detection and diagnostics Benefits and Company Information

Pay range: $62,903 - $131,825 annually plus an uncapped commission. Actual pay may vary based on budget, experience, and location. Legal Notices
