Estimating: Perform accurate takeoffs and project estimates for asphalt paving, dirt work, and concrete. Plan Reading: Read and interpret construction plans and site blueprints. Bidding: Manage the bidding process for both residential and commercial projects. Sales: Meet with clients, present proposals, and close deals. Growth: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local developers and homeowners. Qualifications
Proven experience in construction estimating (paving/dirt work experience preferred). Ability to perform detailed takeoffs and read blueprints. Strong closing skills and a professional demeanor. Reliable, long-term career mindset. Compensation
Guaranteed Base: $50,000 – $90,000 (Based on experience). Commission: Performance-based incentives on closed jobs. Stability: Long-term relationship with a locally owned industry leader.
