Key Responsibilities
Review and admit patients to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, ensuring a seamless transition for new residents
Develop and implement strategies to drive community sales and increase admissions, while maintaining a deep understanding of our facility's services and offerings
Act as the facility contact for new admissions, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our residents and their families
Engage in community outreach and education, attending events, and participating in off-site meetings to promote our facility and build relationships with potential residents and referral sources
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our facility's services and offerings, and serve as a trusted resource for families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to care and support for our residents
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders to drive referrals and admissions
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales efforts
Requirements
Prior experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, with a preference for experience in admissions and sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on exceptional customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing data and developing sales strategies
Ability to travel to community events, hospitals, and off-site meetings as needed
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a passion for building relationships and driving results
