Teller/Member Service Representative Responsibilities
To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explains services, sets up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people. Explain services, open/close accounts, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within their authority; refer problems beyond authority to supervisor with recommendations. Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members. Act as liaison between members and various organizations and departments. Assure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. Maintain member account information on computer system. Performs other related duties as assigned. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Responsible for complying with all laws, statutes, rules and regulations which govern credit unions, including but not limited to all components of the Bank Secrecy Act provisions of the US Patriot Act. Requirements
Experience
Six months to two years of similar or related experience. Education
A high school education
