As an Expansion Account Executive in the Emerging segment (clients with fewer than 300 employees), you'll be on the front lines of growth. Own the Book: Take full ownership of your assigned post-sale customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Drive Expansion: Identify and close upsell opportunities through deep customer knowledge and strategic outreach. Engage Proactively: Conduct regular outreach to hundreds of customers each quarter via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Present with Purpose: Deliver compelling demos and presentations that connect product value to client needs and goals. Stay Organized: Manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously with precision and care. Leverage Technology: Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to track, forecast, and scale your sales efforts. Forecast Accurately: Maintain and report on pipeline health with high precision and consistency. Document Thoroughly: Ensure all communications and sales activities are accurately recorded. Contribute to Culture: Bring a startup mindset, energy, and passion to a team that values humility, optimism, and results. What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role (New Business AE or Expansion AE/AM). Proven success managing high-volume deal cycles and driving customer growth. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to tell a data-driven story. Experience conducting product demos and presenting to diverse stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Positive, growth-oriented mindset aligned with high ethical standards. Eagerness to learn about client industries and bring insights back to the team. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo. Prior experience in a CMMS or facilities operations software environment. Experience working remotely in startup or entrepreneurial settings. Location and Work Arrangements
