to support our service teams. Medical , Dental, Vision, PTO, Disability & Life Insurance, FSA, 401k with match, employee referral program, and employee discounts. Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments Make outbound calls to generate and confirm appointments Follow up with customers and reschedule missed appointments Send followup emails and respond to website inquiries Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text Qualifications
Call center or telemarketing experience preferred Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills Organized, selfmotivated, able to multitask Comfortable working independently and in a team Proficient with Microsoft Word, CRM systems, and data entry Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean record (3+ years) Willing to complete background check and drug screen Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods 19 years of age or older We are an equal opportunity employer.
