Oversee the operation of the Guest Relations and Admissions areas Perform all Guest Relations and Admissions duties Help maintain, approve and adjust schedules/timesheets for Guest Relations and Admissions team members including Phone Operators, Rentals, Lost Parents, etc. Motivate employees, provide job coaching and disciplinary action when necessary Professional and positive Guest and employee interaction to assist with problems Maintain a clean work environment Efficient register operation Resolve Guest issues through mail, phone, email, and in person Interact with all levels of management to resolve issues and fulfill inquires Perform other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor and manager
Qualifications:
Minimum Age: 17 Excellent verbal skills, ability to interact with guests in a positive manner Computer knowledge- including excel, word, power point, outlook, and internet. xsgimln Knowledge of, or ability to learn, Six Flags applications. Cues to Guest Service, Guest/employee safety and employee relations 1 year Admissions experience preferred General knowledge of all Admissions areas and ability to exercise good judgment Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
