The Body Shop Estimator is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and coordinating with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs. Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage Prepare accurate repair estimates Communicate with insurance adjusters and submit supplments as needed Explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines to customers Coordinate with technicians and parts supplies to ensure efficient repairs Update estimates when additional damage is discovered Maintain proper documentation, photos, and repair records Ensure repairs meet OEM,insurance, and safety standards Qualifications
Previous experience as a body shop or collision estimator preferred Knowledge of collision repair process and materials Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines Strong attention to details and organizational skills Benefits
