Key Responsibilities: Accurately assess and document collision damage on vehicles Create detailed repair estimates using CCC estimating system Collaborate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process Participate in Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) and ensure compliance with guidelines Maintain clear, professional communication with all parties involved Ensure all estimates and repairs follow industry standards and safety regulations Requirements: Prior experience as a Collision Shop Estimator Proficiency with the CCC estimating system Familiarity with Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) A valid, clean driver's license State Certification in Unibody & Collision Mechanical Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy shop environment What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package Friendly, team-oriented workplace Opportunity for growth and advancement within a reputable dealership Ready to take the next step in your career?
