About the Company
A global solar company is expanding its US footprint and seeking a
Corporate Paralegal
to support regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, and M&A initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across renewables, international operations, and corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities
Support international regulatory and environmental compliance related to Asia-based supply chains, renewables, and tax credits Assist with manufacturing partnerships and agreement management in Saudi Arabia and Texas Conduct legal research on regulatory and compliance matters Draft, revise, and manage commercial and corporate agreements (NDAs, supplier, JV, shared purchase, and M&A) Support tax credit filings in partnership with tax and finance teams Assist with M&A transactions and general corporate matters What We’re Looking For
Corporate or regulatory paralegal experience preferred Strong organizational, research, and drafting skills Familiarity with contracts Experience working with international teams Nice-to-Haves (preferred)
