Work alongside project managers and other trades who respect your expertise. What We Need From You: 5+ Years Experience in residential finish carpentry. (Experience in luxury/high-end homes is preferred). The Eye:
A strong ability to read blueprints and execute intricate details with precision. The Tools:
You have extensive knowledge of finish carpentry tools and techniques. Reliability:
You show up on time, maintain a clean job site, and communicate professionally with clients. Driver’s License:
