
On-Premise Account Manager
Lift Off Distribution is the exclusive Off-Premise distributor of Red Bull Energy Drink for Maryland, Northern Virginia, Richmond, Hampton Roads and Washington DC. We work daily to ensure that we are executing the highest level of service that is deserving of our brand. Red Bull is a world-class brand, available in more than 171 countries, and we know that we are privileged to represent a premium product. On -Premise Account Sales Manager is primarily responsible for sales and delivery of Red Bull products to bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, and other non-traditional outlets. This position is an in-the-field position, selling and delivering products over an established route. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Sells and delivers products or renders services to customers using Company provided vehicle over an established route. Accountable for all inventory signed onto the vehicle. Prepares order forms and sales contracts. Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. Achieves allocated monthly sales quotas, new account targets, and multiple SKU execution goals. Responsible for all paperwork, ensuring that it is complete and accurate, including but not limited to obtaining signatures, proof of delivery (POD) receipts, etc. Collects payment from customers either at time of delivery or obtains a signature for charge accounts. Assists Accounts Payable with the communication of NSF or Balance Owed issues. Customer Service Listen and help resolve service complaints. Presents a professional demeanor and appearance in interacting with customers to best advance the product's sales and the image of Red Bull Energy Drink. Places stock as directed by staff either behind the bar or in a storage location. Ensures that all coolers and displays are kept clean and in good repair. Marketing Sets up coolers and sales promotion displays (POS) or issues pertinent sales promotion materials to customers. Makes customers aware of all promotions that are available to them in their appropriate channel. Trains customers to meet KPI standards in location. Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business. Builds brand awareness in location through the utilization of approved brand messaging, coolers, and other marketing supplies. Works to achieve and maintain marketing standards such as menu placement, staff training, product visibility, full-can serve, and consumption activation. Requirements for the Position Include: 2-3 years working in an On-Premise environment. Must possess a valid high school diploma or equivalent GED. This position requires general lifting of 45lbs and lifting with a handcart of up to 200lbs. This position requires repetitious movement of arms and back during the carrying of cases from vehicle to storage location Must possess strong verbal communication skills. Pre-employment Requirements for the Position Include: Must pass pre-employment drug screening. Satisfactory Criminal Background check. Must possess a valid drivers' license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record check.
