Bilingual Customer Service Representative

(must be bilingual in English/Spanish)

Fort Worth, TX 76137 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay: $15.00–$16.50/hr (based on experience) • Monthly Bonus: $300–$500 per month once hired permanent • Overtime available • Temp-to-Perm Opportunity • Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (start times: 7am, 8am, 9am, or 1pm) • Must be flexible to work up to 2 Saturdays per month

ROLE IMPACT As an Account Representative, you play a key role in helping customers bring their auto finance accounts current through empathy, problem-solving, and negotiation. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, work payment arrangements, and ensure every interaction aligns with compliance and customer care standards. Success is measured by your ability to resolve accounts efficiently while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle early-stage and delinquent auto account collections through inbound and outbound calls • Negotiate payment arrangements and offer alternative resolutions to bring accounts current • Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up on commitments • Perform skip tracing and contact customers using various communication channels • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection and compliance goals

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year of recent customer service experience (MUST be in an Office setting. Retail or Fast Food experience will not be considered) • Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Auto finance account systems (training provided) • Dialer/call center platforms • Microsoft Office Suite • Skip tracing databases

PREFERRED SKILLS • Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or call center environments • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
