The ideal candidate is professional, service-minded, and highly organized, with a passion for helping customers achieve their design goals and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, and installation teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Field inbound customer calls and emails, providing detailed product and service information. • Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on leads to drive business growth. • Support and service existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication and follow-up. • Prepare accurate, well-formatted quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs. • Maintain strong product knowledge across quartz, granite, marble, porcelain, and other countertop and surface materials. • Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries, resolving customer issues with a solution-focused mindset. • Coordinate closely with purchasing, production, installation, and accounting teams to ensure smooth project flow. • Assist customers with design considerations such as color combinations, material selection, and product compatibility. • Update project installation schedules and assist with coordination as needed. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, serving as the first point of contact for walk-in and call-in clients. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Previous
sales or customer service experience
in residential or remodel construction preferred. • Strong working knowledge of
kitchen and bath products , including countertops, flooring, tile, and cabinetry. • Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) . • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and perform basic take-offs. • Demonstrated success in preparing accurate and timely quotes. • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. • Professional appearance and customer service–driven attitude. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented. PREFERRED SKILLS • Familiarity with
interior design principles
including material matching and color coordination. • Experience supporting estimating or project coordination within an industrial, construction, or home improvement environment. • Conflict resolution and client satisfaction management skills. WORK ENVIRONMENT • Fast-paced
industrial sales environment
involving both office and occasional field coordination. • Regular interaction with customers, vendors, and internal departments. • Requires ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a customer-facing role.
