Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned sales department
Vehicle pricing and inventory control
Manage vehicle reconditioning and lease returns
Inventory marketing (digital, direct, and more)
Desk deals, track gross logs, and ensure timely, compliant paperwork per Pepe standards
Train, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Build strong relationships with employees and customers
Drive an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
Prior pre-owned management experience (required)
Used vehicle buying and appraisal experience (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Solid understanding of inventory management
Proficiency with ADP/CDK, CRM, ACV, vAuto, and related tools
Results-driven, highly motivated, and energetic
Flexible schedule availability, including Saturdays

Full-time Compensation:
$125,000–$175,000 per year
