Role Summary

Regional Associate Director, US Field Medical Cardiovascular, Milvexian – East Region. Location: Field — East Region (territory-based role). You will lead a regional team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) specializing in Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and Secondary Stroke Prevention (SSP). Drive scientific excellence, identify evolving medical needs, and ensure alignment with BMS cardiovascular strategy while overseeing MSL activities, training, and cross-functional collaboration to discuss safe and appropriate use of BMS medicines. Responsibilities

Manage a regional team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) trained in AF and SSP. Lead a regional MSL team to deliver scientific excellence, identify evolving medical needs, and ensure alignment with the cardiovascular strategy for AF and SSP. Oversee MSL responsibilities, including establishing frequent and timely interactions with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Health Care Providers (HCPs) and addressing unsolicited medical questions in accordance with company guidance. Participate in Field Medical Leadership meetings; translate FM objectives into regional performance objectives and monitor performance. Develop effective working relationships with Medical, Marketing, and Sales; direct MSL activities within legal/compliance policies; provide input on resource needs and strategic feedback to other functions. Maintain contact with regional HCP experts to gather insights, support MSLs in building networks with external experts, and provide training for planning and conducting scientific interactions aligned with safe and appropriate use of BMS medicines. Ensure MSLs engage in timely, informative interactions with HCPs and internal partners, and communicate medical information in an accurate, fair, balanced, and objective manner. Oversee MSL support for CRO-sponsored studies and BMS-sponsored, interventional and non-interventional research; identify study sites; facilitate patient recruitment; provide recommendations to the clinical development team on study and site feasibility; ensure pharmacovigilance documents are understood; and support investigator-sponsored research as needed. Manage MSL performance assessments; provide coaching and feedback; develop MSL development plans; ensure new hires receive training and opportunities for professional development; ensure compliance with all applicable procedures and regulations. Live in the territory or within 50 miles of the border; operate in a field-based capacity. Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular diseases, specifically AF and SSP, including current treatments, emerging therapies, and key publications. Understanding of anticoagulation strategies, Factor XIa inhibition, and evolving evidence in stroke prevention. Clinical experience in cardiovascular diseases with a broad medical background. Experience with anticoagulation or thrombosis therapeutic areas — strongly preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years working in a clinical or pharmaceutical environment. Minimum of 5 years of field medical experience — preferred. Leading and working in cross-functional teams and initiatives; proven track record managing multiple projects and priorities. Coaching and mentoring within a geographically disbursed field medical organization. Working in a highly matrix environment; ability to navigate and lead in an ambiguous environment. Leading and executing autonomously. Understanding of clinical research principles. Understanding of the US Healthcare system, the pharmaceutical industry and clinical and health economic practices in the US. Ability to work independently. Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in spoken and written word. Education

Terminal doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) — preferred. Skills

Travel required, including frequent travel to PPK home office.
