Our client is redefining how enterprises manage cloud access by eliminating standing privileges through Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-Enough Access (JEA). Their platform aligns security and DevOps teams around modern identity and access management across hybrid cloud environments. Headquartered in New York with an additional office in Tel Aviv, they support dozens of global enterprise customers, including multiple Fortune 500 organizations, and have been recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Privileged Access Management. This is a chance to own and scale marketing at a high momentum cybersecurity company with real product differentiation, serious customers, and direct partnership with the CEO and exec team. Role Overview

As the VP of Marketing, you will lead and scale the global marketing function with full ownership of strategy and execution, spanning positioning, demand generation, brand, product marketing, and pipeline impact. You will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive measurable revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Own and lead end to end marketing strategy and execution with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue impact Define and scale the brand, positioning, and narrative for technical buyers across Security, Engineering, and DevOps Build and execute a demand generation engine across inbound and outbound channels in close partnership with Sales and Business Development Own product marketing including messaging, launches, pricing support, competitive positioning, and enablement Build, manage, and mentor a high performing marketing team across product marketing, demand gen, content, and growth Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and data driven decision making across the funnel Partner with Sales leadership to align on ICP, GTM strategy, pipeline targets, and enablement Serve as the voice of the market and customer, feeding insights back into Product and leadership Manage budget, agencies, and vendors while scaling efficiently Non Negotiables

8 to 12 years of B2B marketing experience with full marketing ownership in high growth environments 4 plus years leading and managing full stack marketing teams Strong B2B SaaS background with experience marketing a technical product to technical buyers Proven success building and scaling marketing functions in startup or scale up environments Deep experience across product marketing, demand generation, and positioning Highly execution oriented, hands on, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Strong analytical mindset and data driven decision making Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product leadership Compensation and Benefits
