Industry Partnerships Account Manager Location: Production Park, UK

Reporting to: Sales and Strategic Partnerships Director

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (40 hours) – Mon – Fri 8.30am-5pm (some evening and weekend working where required)

Salary: £40,000 + performance-related bonus (DOE)

About the Role

This is a new, quota‑carrying role with clear accountability for new revenue, partner growth, retention, and satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales & Strategic Partnerships Director, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of industry partnerships across Production Park, XPLOR, and the Academy of Live Technology (ALT).

You’ll operate in a consultative sales environment—identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and converting relationships into long‑term commercial value.

What You’ll Do

Proactively identify, win, and grow industry partnerships

Manage the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, delivery, and renewal

Act as the primary commercial contact for partners, driving engagement and retention

Cross‑sell services across training, R&D, facilities, and innovation programmes

Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities

Manage and grow research memberships, ensuring financial and performance KPIs are met

Track pipeline activity, revenue, and partner performance, reporting on results and impact

About You

Proven experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or business development

A strong commercial mindset with experience working to targets and KPIs

Confidence negotiating and closing partnership agreements

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

Experience (or strong interest) in creative industries, live events, technology, or R&D‑led environments

Working Hours

Assumes Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5pm

Flexibility required, including occasional evenings and weekends
