Salesforce CPQ and Billing Expert Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ and Billing Expert Consultant to lead, optimize, and support Salesforce Billing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce Billing and CPQ, a strong grasp of Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) processes and the ability to deliver post–go‑live support and process improvements across integrated systems. Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Billing and CPQ. Customize and align Salesforce Billing with client business processes. Billing Operations: Manage daily billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain billing schedules, recurring billing, and subscription management. Integration & Data Management: Integrate Salesforce Billing with Salesforce CRM and external systems. Maintain data integrity and monitor data migration and quality. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Document billing workflows and procedures. Reporting & Analysis: Generate billing and financial reports; track KPIs and insights. Recommend solutions for optimizing billing and revenue operations. Support & Training: Provide user training and technical support post–go‑live. Troubleshoot and resolve billing or configuration issues. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to compliance, financial, and data privacy standards. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Billing and CPQ. Salesforce Certifications (Billing Specialist / CPQ Specialist) preferred. Strong knowledge of billing, subscription management, and revenue recognition. Experience with data migration, integration, and process optimization. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Consulting experience preferred. Expertise in Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) and financial back‑office systems (GL/AR/Invoicing). Ability to work independently during US business hours.
