Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing strategic recruitment efforts for the assigned district to achieve collection goals. Maintain a collection calendar that meets regional and budgetary needs. Oversee recruitment plans and programs to ensure collection goals are met. Collaborate with leadership to plan effective recruitment methodologies. Implement national and regional recruitment programs tailored to specific needs. Ensure adherence to operational directives and standard procedures. Monitor and enhance donor experience through effective scheduling and operations management. Conduct operational audits to improve productivity. Develop and support staff in line with HR policies, including performance evaluations. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, or related field. Minimum five years of relevant experience, including three years in a management role. Strong understanding of group dynamics, sales techniques, and program implementation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Willingness to travel within the Red Cross organizations as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree is a plus.
