Marketing & Multimedia Content Creator

Valleywide Dig and Haul is a growing construction company seeking a skilled Marketing & Multimedia Content Creator to manage visual content, branding, and digital performance across multiple platforms. This role requires hands-on, real-world experience working with construction, heavy equipment, and job-site media.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning the entire content lifecycle, from capturing footage to editing, publishing, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit professional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, including construction, heavy equipment, and drone footage

Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for branding, website, and social media use

Record and organize on-site video and photo content from active construction projects

Create branded visual assets that align with company identity and messaging

Manage large video files and maintain clean, organized project folders

Prepare and optimize content for social media platforms (short-form, vertical, and promotional edits)

Manage website media and update visual content as needed

Track and review performance metrics across social platforms and campaigns

Manage and update company CRM, ensuring marketing data and lead activity are organized and accurate

Support overall marketing strategy with data-driven insights and consistent branding

Requirements:

Uses an Apple Mac for professional editing work

Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

Actively edits using Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom

Comfortable working with construction environments and job-site footage

Strong understanding of content formatting for social media platforms

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
