We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee large-scale, luxury multifamily projects in the North Jersey area. This is a key on‑site leadership role supporting ground‑up construction on major projects ranging from 200+ units and $60M-$120M+ budgets.

They focus on delivering high-quality, large-scale multifamily projects-typically 4 major builds per year-and maintain strong repeat business with the same top-tier developers. The company prioritizes its people, avoids taking work simply to stay busy, and maintains a collaborative, supportive culture with an office based in West Caldwell, NJ.

Description Site Supervision:

Serve as on-site Superintendent for major ground-up multifamily projects (100+ units) throughout the Lyndhurst and North Jersey area. Team Leadership:

Work alongside additional Superintendents, a Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager, dividing project scopes based on strengths while maintaining a well-rounded level of oversight. Schedule Management:

Manage day-to-day field operations, site safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and progress tracking. Quality Control:

Ensure quality control, adherence to design/specifications, and timely completion of all phases of construction. Safety Compliance:

Communicate regularly with the project team and ownership group to report milestones, challenges, and site updates. Client-Facing:

Maintain a professional, solutions‑oriented presence while representing the company on active job sites.

Profile 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale multifamily projects (100+ units). Strong ground-up construction experience (no wood-frame requirement). Well-rounded technical and leadership abilities, able to oversee multiple scopes and collaborate with other Supers on large, multi‑building projects. Strong communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality standards on fast-paced luxury multifamily developments. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on problem‑solving, safety, and delivering outstanding client service.
