Well established exterior building products manufacturer is ready to hire a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives throughout the Baltimore Regional territory. This person will manage (6) B2B field sales reps who call on GCs, subcontractors, remodelers, architects and other building trade professionals. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of current direct sales management and be currently leading an outside sales team calling on a similar client base (construction, remodeling, etc.). Please note: those coming from residential sales (calling on homeowners) will not be considered for this position. Must reside within the Baltimore metro area and have a stable work history with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota. The right person for this role is highly driven, tenacious, smart, strategic, technologically astute (maximizes sales tools) and an incredible motivator!!! Salary of $100K – $125K + commission with first year target income of $175K – $185K plus $600/month car allowance, full benefits, and an amazing team to work with! Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of B2B field sales reps (6) calling on GCs, subcontractors, remodelers, architects and other building trade professionals within the Baltimore Regional territory. Direct and drive sales strategy, training, coaching, and performance management to achieve quota targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue growth. Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of current direct sales management experience. Currently leading an outside sales team calling on a similar client base (construction, remodeling, etc.). Must reside within the Baltimore metro area and have a stable work history with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota. Experience selling to GCs, subcontractors, remodelers, architects and other building trade professionals is preferred. No residential (homeowners) calling background will be considered for this position.
