This role offers a hybrid arrangement, with an agreed-upon portion of work time spent at our office in Archbold, Ohio.
What You'll Do
Build Sales Skills: Dive into structured, hands-on training to develop strong foundational sales knowledge; gain expertise in processes, systems, and pricing strategies. Support Accounts with Excellence: Help manage sales accounts with accuracy, organization, and professionalism; keep data clean, consistent, and reliable. Be a Key Player for the Sales Team: Support the Sales Manager with system data, documentation, and compliance; step up to provide guidance to sales reps when the Manager is away. Communicate with Confidence: Respond to requests quickly, clearly, and professionally; represent the team with polished written and verbal communication. Show Initiative & Leadership: Jump in, don’t wait to be asked; own your tasks, tackle challenges, and help keep things moving. Grow Your Analytical Strength: Access and analyze pricing and margin data to support better decision-making; translate pricing strategy to sales performance. Contribute to Team Success: Apply best practices, share ideas, and participate in key discussions; embrace change and continuously look for ways to improve. Develop, Learn, and Level Up: Accept feedback with positivity and use it to sharpen your skills; bring a growth mindset and the drive to keep progressing.
What You'll Bring
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business (preferred), or experience in related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Sharp organizational skills & high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently Analytical mindset and cognitive agility Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to take initiative

Pay Summary
Expected offer range: $45,000 - $60,000/year. The actual salary will be based on factors such as relevant experience and skills. The max salary listed is not the top of the salary band.
