We are growing and looking to add an entry-level or junior Inside Sales Representative who wants to develop strong sales skills, contribute to customer growth, and earn commission based on performance. Prospect new customers through outbound calling and email outreach Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries Support and grow existing customer accounts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Conduct sales conversations via phone, email, and virtual meetings Track outreach, calls, and sales activity in NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM Work toward and exceed monthly activity and sales goals What We’re Looking For
Some sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience (internships count) Comfortable with outreach and cold calling Strong communication and follow-up skills Coachable, organized, and motivated by results Able to work in an in-office team environment Nice to Have
HVAC, industrial, or technical product exposure CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Training, Coaching & Career Development
