About the Role We are hiring a
Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
to own our social media presence and support broader digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys building brand visibility, engaging audiences, and supporting sales through data‑driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities Social Media (Primary Focus)
Plan, create, and manage content across priority social platforms
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community activity
Track and optimize performance based on engagement and reach
Digital Marketing & Growth
Support lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals
Assist with email marketing and content distribution
Coordinate campaigns across social, email, and website
CRM & Reporting
Manage contacts, lists, and basic workflows in HubSpot
Support lead nurturing and sales handoff processes
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Strong understanding of social media content and analytics
Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Basic understanding of inbound marketing and lead funnels
Strong communication, organization, and creative skills
Nice to Have
HubSpot certifications
Paid social or campaign experience
Basic design or video editing skills
B2B, SaaS, or growth‑stage company experience
