Engage New Business – Generate new opportunities through proactive prospecting, outbound activity, and relationship building. Sales Excellence – Execute Novatech’s sales process with discipline, accountability, and consistency. Local Networking – Develop relationships within the Chattanooga business community to expand market presence. Become an Expert – Build technical understanding across Novatech’s solutions to deliver consultative value to clients. Relationship Building – Engage decision makers and executive leaders with confidence, credibility, and positive energy. Achieve Goals – Manage your territory effectively while meeting and exceeding activity and revenue expectations. What We Are Looking for in You

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Outside sales experience is preferred Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle Ability to commute on an as needed basis to the Chattanooga office located at 109 Signal Mountain Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37405 What We Offer (Benefits)
