Overview

Field Sales Representative will perform door-to-door outreach to homeowners, present and sell personalized TruGreen lawn care services, and manage customer relationships using a CRM while meeting sales targets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commissions, benefits, paid training, and career growth opportunities. What You’ll Do

Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology and processes Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow through Cross-sell and upsell with precision using your expertise to show customers how to level up their lawns What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED required Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go further Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication chops, whether it’s small talk or closing talk Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset Comfortable with technology and mobile devices Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors Perks & Benefits

$27,669.00 - $58,865.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
