This is an in-office job in Austin, Texas. Smooth Closing is a Texas-based real estate investment company built on one simple idea: treat homeowners fairly, move fast, and do what we say we’re going to do. We buy houses directly from the Seller, with no agents involved, and purchase over 75 houses per year. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a driven, curious, and relentless sales professional to join our acquisitions team. This is a hands-on, in-office position with time spent researching targeted homeowners and going on in-home appointments across Central Texas. Compensation & Growth Base salary + commission $100,000+ realistic first-year earnings $125,000–$165,000+ long-term annual income Clear path for advancement and increased responsibility as you perform Commissions are ceilingless — your income is directly tied to your effort and results.
