The Marketing CRM Co-op Intern will collaborate closely with the Technology/CRM Team within the Firm's Business Development & Marketing Department. The primary responsibility will be to maintain the Firm's internal database of contacts through thorough online research and analytics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process data change requests in the firm's CRM (DealCloud) and verify that the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Utilize DealCloud to identify and merge potential duplicate contacts.
Generate reports to identify attorneys who have connections with specific individuals or organizations.
Assist with adding or removing contacts in DealCloud as instructed by the Technology Team.
Provide general assistance to the Technology/CRM Team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS Preferable background in marketing or technology, ideally in a second or final Co-op experience.
Strong technological skills are essential for success in this role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position is based in an office environment, using standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and filing systems.
