Role Description This is a part-time, Immigration Paralegal role. Responsibilities include supporting attorneys with legal document preparation, assisting with immigration cases, and working on visa applications and other immigration-related matters. The Immigration Paralegal will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining case files, and communicating effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and practices
Experience with Immigration Issues and Visa processes
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation specific to immigration matters
Background in legal support or a related field, with relevant qualifications, is preferred
Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in legal software and tools, with a focus on compliance and documentation management
Prior experience in a law firm or similar environment is advantageous
