What to Expect
Job Responsibilities: Support a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program through acknowledgments, impact reporting, and donor recognition Conduct research and manage segmented mailing lists for donor communications Coordinate reporting processes and provide project support for donor recognition and events Ensure timely and meaningful communications with donors and stakeholders Maintain accuracy in handling data and reports while managing multiple projects
Qualifications
What is Required Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience, including six (6) months in marketing, gift solicitation, or public contact work Demonstrated experience writing and editing donor or customer-facing communications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM databases, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience in donor relations, marketing, communications, or fundraising/development Experience in higher education or a non-profit fundraising environment Knowledge of philanthropy, donor relations, and stewardship best practices Experience with large segmented mailings and customizing donor communications Strong proofreading, editing, and content development skills
