What You\'ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of employees, driving them to reach and exceed their sales potential. Strategize & Achieve: Ensure profitability goals are met and surpassed by assigning leads and territories strategically, and implementing innovative sales methods. Develop & Coach: Track and analyze sales performance, providing guidance to your team and developing actionable plans for success. Recruit & Train: Attract, onboard, and nurture new team members using our comprehensive training processes. Optimize & Promote: Select and display the best products for your market, plan showroom events, and stay ahead of industry trends.
