About the Role: Join us at CBRE as a Workplace Strategy and Space Planning Expert and make a significant impact in shaping innovative workplace strategies and effective space planning initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining precise occupancy data, developing creative space scenarios, and optimizing post-occupancy processes. You will collaborate with operations teams, global partners, and stakeholders to deliver strategic and empowering space solutions. What You'll Do: Create detailed drawings (test fits, block and stack, scenario plans) and presentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing committees.

Gather and analyze project requirements through engaging discussions with clients, focusing on their functional, operational, and cultural needs.

Manage and consistently update occupancy data within Serraview, our system of record.

Work alongside operations teams for Quarterly Headcount Audits and encourage proactive participation.

Assist operations contacts during annual floorplan audits, validating data through onsite space evaluations.

Coordinate with the Costa Rica team or independently execute accurate plan updates in Serraview.

Develop precise space plans, test fits, block plans, stack plans, and move lists tailored to meet client requirements.

Analyze utilization data by team to inform scenario development and strategic planning.

Evaluate and track historical building data against planned outcomes, summarizing findings in comprehensive reports.

Conduct thorough End of Project analyses, which include Post-Occupancy surveys and feedback captured in detailed reports.

Ensure all deliverables meet and exceed client expectations by conducting thorough reviews and maintaining clear communication.

Facilitate training sessions for operations staff on Serraview and data management best practices, enhancing team proficiency.

Maintain organized project data to effectively track benchmarks and KPIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workplace experience standards and adapt change processes as necessary.

Support both internal and client meetings by gathering relevant information, taking notes, and maintaining organized materials.

Personalize and update internal communication templates to incorporate site-specific information.

Monitor progress across multiple markets while adhering to change management roadmaps.

Create interactive experiences such as town hall presentations and workshops to encourage change across various markets.

Collect both quantitative and qualitative feedback throughout programs to continuously improve project outcomes.

Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, securing buy-in for change initiatives.

Demonstrate depth of expertise in your role while also possessing a solid understanding of other functional areas within the organization.

What You'll Need: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, alongside 3-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience managing IWMS or CAFM systems (e.g., Serraview, Archibus, FM Systems).

Proficient in CAD software for space planning tasks is a plus.

Outstanding organizational skills with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Experience managing multiple workstreams and collaborating across teams while maintaining high standards of client service.

Compensation: The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 per year, with a maximum of $100,000 per year. The final compensation will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's benefit program, which includes benefits such as 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
