We’re partnering with a senior living community in Fairfax, Virginia to identify an experienced Sales Counselor who thrives in a consultative sales environment that values the relationships they are building and ability to close the customer for move-ins.
As the Sales Counselor, you’ll be the trusted guide for prospective residents and their families, listening deeply, educating thoughtfully, and helping them confidently choose their next chapter.
This role is ideal for someone who blends empathy + hustle, and understands that the best sales happen when trust comes first.
What you will do:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective residents
Conduct tours, discovery meetings, and follow-ups with warmth and professionalism
Partner closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless move-ins
Represent the community at networking and referral events
Consistently meet or exceed occupancy and sales goals
Use CRM tools to track activity and maintain accurate reporting
What we are looking for:
Proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
Confident communicator with families, referral partners, and internal teams
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
