
Junior Sales Counselor
Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking an ambitious Full-Time Junior Sales Counselor to join our team! Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. At Springpoint, the Junior Sales Counselor/Office Support role is responsible for supporting the senior sales team in achieving occupancy goals while providing administrative and operational assistance. The position involves building relationships with prospective residents and their families, coordinating tours, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales office functions in a senior living community. Responsibilities: Assist the senior sales team with prospecting activities, including following up on leads via phone, email, or in-person visits. Schedule and confirm appointments, tours, and events for prospective residents and families. Help maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide detailed community information to potential residents and families, ensuring an understanding of services, pricing, and amenities. Accompany senior sales staff during tours, providing additional support as needed. Office Support: Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and email correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members. Prepare and maintain sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and reports as needed. Assist with organizing open houses, community events, and marketing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements. Administrative Duties: Maintain organized files for prospective and current residents. Process documentation for move-ins and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to the senior sales team. Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Empathy and patience when interacting with seniors and their families. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus. Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
