Join us and become a key partner for our customers and suppliers! In this role, you’ll build strong business relationships, ensure a seamless customer experience, and keep processes running smoothly. You’ll handle order and system inquiries, support payment workflows, and help resolve questions with professionalism and care.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Handle daily CS operations, including communication about orders, invoices, and payments.
Monitor KPIs and ensure smooth, accurate execution of all processes.
Collaborate across teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Identify root causes of customer/supplier issues and implement corrective actions.
Share key customer/supplier signals with Sales and relevant functions.
Support reporting, account reconciliation, and other operational tasks.
Communicate shortages, disruptions, and alternative delivery options.
REQUIREMENTS
English at C1 level
is mandatory;
French, Italian, or Spanish
is a strong advantage but not required.
University degree required — suitable for
fresh graduates
or candidates with
1+ year of experience
in customer service or logistics.
Strong soft skills: excellent communication, relationship‑building abilities, goal‑oriented mindset, reliability, responsiveness, and a quick learning ability.
