$40,000 Base Salary Commission and performance incentives Realistic total earnings of $55K–$65K Top performers can earn up to $80,000+ annually Your income is directly tied to your consistency and results—this is not capped commission. What You’ll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling Qualify prospects using a clear script and criteria Schedule in-home consultations for our design and sales team Accurately document calls, outcomes, and notes in our CRM Follow daily call, appointment, and quality benchmarks Maintain focus and consistency in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow Schedule & Environment

Experience in a call center, appointment setting, or inside sales environment (preferred) Comfortable working at pace in a repetitive, process-driven role Tech-savvy: confident using CRM systems, dialers, and multiple screens Highly organized and systematic in your approach Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence Coachable mindset with a desire to improve performance and earnings Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused throughout the workday
