Position Overview:
As a Title Processor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tag and title needs. This is an experienced-level position with responsibilities that include but are not limited to processing various types of title work and performing essential office duties. Key Responsibilities: Process Wholesale Title Work. Handle Dealer Trade Title Work. Manage Retail Title Work. Process out of state transactions and exports. Facilitate Tag Transfers. Qualifications: Experience as an Automotive Dealership Title Clerk. Basic knowledge of automotive accounting (refunds, write-offs, funding, F&I Notes). Familiarity with DMV Software such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds & Reynolds, or TitleTec. Skills & Abilities: Strong customer service skills. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities. Proficient in basic computer operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, flexible availability, and punctuality. Strong time management skills. Physical Requirements:
This role frequently requires standing, using hands, reaching, and communication. Occasionally, you may need to walk, sit, climb, or balance. The role involves lifting/moving up to 10 pounds and necessitates various vision abilities. Work Environment:
