As a Sales and Customer Engagement Associate, you will deliver fast and friendly service by proactively assisting customers in identifying their needs and guiding them to the right solutions. You will gain knowledge of our diverse product range and utilize this knowledge to sell complete project solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and qualifying their needs. Recommending products and effectively closing sales. Maintaining your department’s stock and ensuring cleanliness and safety. Collaborating with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to optimize service. Working across various departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
