What You’ll Be Doing
Represent buyers and sellers in traditional retail transactions
List and sell
company-owned fix & flip properties
Sell investor-owned projects
Work across multiple investment strategies, including:
Fix & flips
Rental and buy-and-hold properties
Learn deal analysis, investor mindset, and transaction structuring from active investors
Who We’re Looking For
3–5 years of real estate experience
Proven track record of closed transactions
Currently closing5–10 deals per year
and motivated to grow
Local to the Tampa Bay market
Team-oriented, coachable, and growth-minded
Strong interest in both retail and investment real estate
