HPA is seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with 0–3 years of professional experience to join our Irvine team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of industrial projects across all phases of design, from concept through construction administration. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative designer who is eager to grow in a fast-paced studio environment and contribute to the development of high-quality, buildable designs. Key Responsibilities

Effectively multitask across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Assist in the design and documentation of industrial projects from schematic design through construction administration Prepare and maintain drawing sets using AutoCAD (daily use); Revit proficiency is a plus Produce presentation materials including plans, elevations, and exhibit visualizations Communicate effectively with city officials to support project progress and approvals Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to develop and refine drawing sets Support senior staff with technical detailing, construction documents, and submittals Participate in construction administration tasks such as RFIs, submittal reviews, and site observations Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture (required) 0–3 years of relevant architectural experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Experience in design development and construction documentation Knowledge of construction methods and building systems is a plus Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Why HPA
