Your role and responsibilities - Take the lead in implementing complex SAP EAM/PM projects, particularly focusing on the utilities sector. Leverage your expertise in configuring and applying SAP S/4HANA EAM, Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM), and SAP Work Manager/Fiori.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for transformative SAP projects.

Facilitate engaging workshops and collaborate with clients, effectively influencing C-suite executives and key stakeholders.

Manage teams that span across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and timely project delivery.

Provide training and mentoring to both technical and business teams on SAP functionality and configurations.

Ensure that SAP solutions align with industry best practices while satisfying client requirements.

Monitor project outcomes, track KPIs, and communicate progress and benefits of SAP initiatives.

Resolve complex troubleshooting challenges while offering strategic and technical support throughout implementations.

Balance practical execution with strategic oversight to deliver high-quality, efficient project results.

This position can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise - 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 6 years focused on SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance. Deep knowledge of the utilities industry.

Proficient and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Asset Intelligence Network, Asset Strategy & Performance Management, and SAP Work Manager/Fiori.

Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP transformations, including developing business cases and executing roadmap implementations.

Exceptional abilities in client engagement with a talent for influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams in onshore and offshore environments.

Preferred technical and professional experience - A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Strong skills in leadership and team development.

Experience in business development initiatives.
