You Are
We seek a Consultant within our Commercial Banking Consulting practice, focusing on Business and Technology Transformation specific to the wholesale lending sector. You will design and enact significant business modifications that improve operations and elevate digital experiences in commercial lending. Major wholesale lenders are investing heavily in modernizing processes to enhance both client and employee experiences while cutting costs.
You will play a key role in developing our lending offerings and steering transformational consulting projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting Commercial Credit Transformation initiatives, including strategy development, operating model enhancements, and technology implementations.
Designing cutting-edge experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients.
Overseeing project delivery and crafting client deliverables/solutions.
Coordinating internal team efforts to propel initiatives forward.
Developing innovative wholesale credit technology offerings.
Serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients addressing their business challenges.
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed within the United States and Canada.
Here's What You Need:
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment, particularly in technology or management consulting, with a solid foundation in engagement management and business development.
At least 2+ years of experience within the commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management).
Proven experience delivering nCino or Salesforce projects focused on commercial lending.
A Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience with other commercial lending platforms such as Moody's, Blooma, or Built.
nCino or Salesforce certifications.
Proficiency in French.
An advanced degree or relevant financial industry certification.
Experience in developing advanced analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending.
