Role Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires engaging directly with clients, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and presenting the company’s product offerings to meet client needs. Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites within assigned territories, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and working remotely as needed for administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the HVAC or industrial piping industries
Technical knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems, Steam and Condensate systems, or Industrial Piping systems is advantageous
Ability to analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close sales successfully
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
