Senior Manager, Sales Training of Integrated Delivery Network, Reimbursement & Oncology at SUN PHARMA. This role leads learning and development initiatives for Hospital Systems Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Hospital Representatives, and Cutaneous Oncology Levulan representatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales training with a focus on Hospitals, Hospital Systems, Specialty Dermatology, and Oncology, to ensure sales teams are equipped to engage with healthcare providers and navigate complex healthcare environments. Strong strategic thinking, training development skills, and knowledge of Account Navigation, Market Access, and Buy and Bill experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive 5-phase training programs for HSD and Hospital Representatives, Levulan product knowledge, and Specialty Dermatology/Oncology disease state training focusing on product knowledge, selling skills, and reimbursement processes. Needs Assessment and Curriculum Design: Conduct needs assessments to identify competencies and knowledge gaps; apply the 5 D’s project management approach. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to create tailored learning solutions aligned with organizational goals for HSD and Hospital Representatives. Training Implementation: Facilitate in-person, virtual, e-learning, and role-playing training sessions; ensure materials are up to date, scientifically accurate, and compliant with regulations. Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and impact on sales performance using qualitative and quantitative data; provide ongoing feedback. Collaboration and Leadership: Align training with sales objectives; collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to integrate clinical and market insights. Coaching and Mentorship: Mentor field sales members and provide ongoing coaching to reinforce training concepts and improve performance. Market Insights and Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape; integrate insights into training materials. Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or PharmD preferred. Experience

7+ years in sales training with a focus on HSD and hospital environments. Proven experience in developing and implementing HSD, Hospital, and Oncology training programs. Skills

Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, especially hospital systems and HSDs. Exceptional instructional design skills and proficiency in adult learning. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance metrics. Software Proficiency

Proficient in LMS and training technologies, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, QSTREAM, SimpleShow, Vault, Salesforce. Travel requirement: approximately 25% to support training programs and engage with sales teams in the field.
