What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage sales directly to end-users of the company’s products, solutions, and services within a defined territory
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met
Develop strategic relationships with key healthcare providers and negotiate contract terms
Collaborate with internal teams to manage high-level accounts and resolve customer service issues
Monitor and report on sales productivity, logging activities into the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
4 or more years of relevant sales experience in Business to Business Sales, Account Management, or Healthcare Products
Strong understanding of hospital operations and the healthcare supply chain
Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems, particularly Salesforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the perioperative space
Demonstrated ability to create successful sales strategies for products and services
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in coaching and mentoring
Advanced skills in financial management, forecasting, and pricing strategies
Proficiency in MS Excel and project management skills
