Conducting organic synthesis to support research and development projects
Utilizing instrumentation to analyze the products and interpret data
Applying knowledge of organic synthesis to synthetic organic chemistry projects
Utilizing lab experience to optimize processes and procedures
Developing and validating standard operating procedures
Job Requirements
Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Knowledge of reaction mechanisms
Proficiency in ChemDraw for molecular structure drawing
Experience with quality control and investigation processes
Ability to solve problems
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year
