
Overview
New Millennium. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and estimating teams throughout the bidding and project lifecycle. This role serves as a central point of contact between sales, estimating, vendors, and customers, ensuring proposals, pricing, and project details are accurate, timely, and well-coordinated. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong attention to detail, communication, and organized skills.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with bid coordination, tracking, and document management
Collaborate closely with estimators and sales staff throughout the bidding process
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and issuing quotes, proposals, and bid packages
Coordinate pricing requests with vendors and suppliers and track returned quotations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and customer information in Salesforce
Assist with post-bid follow-ups, contract review, and project handoff to operations
Support change order pricing and related sales documentation as needed
Ensure compliance with company procedures, bid requirements, and internal controls
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail with strong follow-through
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Two-year degree or related office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational and time-management skills
