As a DM, you’ll manage the full digital marketing ecosystem for assigned partners, ensuring that campaigns are strategic, cohesive, and performance-driven. You’ll collaborate with internal departments, coordinate with specialists, and take ownership of reporting, optimization, and partner communication — all while being supported through ongoing training and mentorship.
This isn’t a “stay in your lane” position. It’s an opportunity to grow, lead, and make an impact — for our partners, our team, and your own career path.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Design, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to MDs and Ad Specialists.
• Ensure campaigns align with partner goals, follow best practices, and comply with platform regulations.
• Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure campaign integration and consistency.
• Research market trends and present data-backed insights to improve campaign outcomes.
__Performance Monitoring & Reporting __
• Audit and analyze performance across all digital platforms, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Create detailed reports summarizing campaign metrics, performance trends, and key insights.
• Communicate findings proactively to MDs, highlighting results and next-step recommendations.
• Contribute to renewal and upsell conversations through performance data and audit summaries.
__SEO Strategy & Management __
• Partner with the SEO team to ensure delivery of SEO plans according to partner contracts and goals.
• Oversee keyword targeting, content optimization, and technical site audits.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with the web team to address technical SEO issues.

• Ensure all Google properties (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) are properly configured and tracking accurately.
• Set up API keys (e.g., Google Maps) and assist with CRM integrations for form submissions and call tracking.
• Validate that conversion tracking functions correctly across websites and ad platforms. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking or integrations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
__Partner Onboarding & Coordination __
• Lead the setup and onboarding of digital platforms once partners share their properties (Google, Birdeye, CTM, etc.).
• Coordinate with all relevant internal teams to ensure setups are completed by the agreed go-live or website launch date.
• Create tutorials or walkthroughs to help partners understand and manage their digital platforms.
Process & Innovation Contribution
• Identify and recommend process improvements for digital marketing workflows and cross-department collaboration.
• Document key learnings, build internal playbooks, and contribute to ongoing operational refinement.

You thrive in a team setting and value partnership with both internal departments and external partners.

• Curious & Growth-Minded:
You’re always learning — testing new strategies, exploring trends, and seeking better ways to drive results.
• Organized & Reliable:
You manage multiple projects effectively, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments.
• Creative Problem Solver:
You don’t just spot problems — you bring forward solutions that make systems and outcomes better.
